Social publishing for small teams
Post once.
Land everywhere.
REVERB publishes your photos and videos to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts in one go, schedules them on a calendar your whole team shares, and brings every platform’s numbers back into one place.
01 — Compose
One upload. Four native formats.
Drop in one photo, a set, or a video. REVERB turns it into the right format on each platform, and checks aspect ratio, length and file size while you’re still editing — not after something fails at the scheduled time.
Your original file, untouched.
Videos are uploaded exactly as you exported them. No recompression, no transcoding on our side — so your reel looks as sharp as it did on your screen.
| You add | TikTok | YouTube | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 photo | Post | Photo post | Photo post | — |
| Many photos | Carousel | Multi-photo | Photo carousel | — |
| Video | Reel | Reel | Video | Short |
Every platform gets its own fields where it needs them — a YouTube title, TikTok privacy and disclosure settings — and a preview of the exact text it will receive.
02 — Schedule
A calendar the whole team can see.
Week and month views, every post with its thumbnail and platforms. Drag a post to another day to reschedule. Posts published directly in the apps appear too — locked, but counted.
Publishes on time, by itself
Scheduled posts go out at the set time — no phone, no reminder, no one awake at 6 a.m.
Your team’s timezone
Each team has one timezone. Every slot on the calendar means the same thing to everyone.
Set a pace
Say three posts a week. REVERB plans up to that many slots at the times your audience responds best.
03 — Tag
Type @maya. Tag the right Maya everywhere.
The same person has a different handle on every platform. Map them once for your team, and REVERB swaps in the right one for each post. A name it doesn’t know stays exactly as you typed it.
Add people as collaborators where the platform allows it — Instagram posts, carousels and reels, and Facebook reels.
Preview shows each platform’s final text before you publish or schedule.
04 — Measure
Every platform’s numbers on one timeline.
Views, likes, comments, shares, saves and engagement, collected daily from each account and kept as history — so you see how a post grows, not just where it ended up.
Suggested per platform from your own history. When you connect an account, REVERB pulls in as much past data as the platform allows, so suggestions work from day one.
05 — Rely on it
When something breaks, you know exactly what.
Status per platform
If TikTok fails and the rest go through, that’s what you see — and retry sends only to TikTok.
Never a duplicate
Retrying is safe. A second attempt never means a second copy of your post.
Connection health
If an account’s access expires, a warning shows up before a scheduled post misses.
Email alerts
A disconnected account or a failed post emails everyone on the team, not just whoever scheduled it.
06 — Collaborate
One login. Every hat you wear.
Run your own brand and the organization you help out from the same account. Each team keeps its own connected accounts, calendar, timezone and handle mappings — switch between them in a click.
Invite people by email; everyone on a team can post to its accounts. A connected account stays with the team, even when the person who connected it moves on.
Pricing
Invite only, for now.
REVERB is open to a small group of teams while we build it out. Tell us who you are and what you post, and we’ll get back to you.

Questions
Which accounts can I connect?
Instagram Business or Creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page, Facebook Pages, TikTok accounts, and YouTube channels for Shorts.
Will my videos lose quality?
REVERB uploads your original file to each platform without recompressing it. What the platforms do afterwards is up to them — but they start from the best source you have.
What if a post fails on one platform?
The rest still go out. You see which platform failed, everyone on the team gets an email, and a retry sends only to the platform that failed.
Do posts I publish directly in the apps show up?
Yes. They appear on your calendar and count towards your posting pace. They’re read-only in REVERB.
Can I edit a post after it’s published?
Not from REVERB. Once a post is live, edit or remove it on the platform itself.
